Digital Millennium Copyright Act

hotelhuddle respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent at legal@hotelhuddle.com with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our platform
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the same information requirements as above, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your district.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
