Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to hotel partners using the Partners platform (partners.hotelhuddle.com). The Partners platform is free for hotels — there are no subscription fees or per-request charges for hotels. Revenue is generated from consumers who submit RFPs through our consumer-facing sites.

Commission and Payments

If your hotel has a commission-based agreement with hotelhuddle, commission terms are specified in your individual hotel subscription agreement. Commission refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis per the terms of your agreement.

Consumer RFP Fees

Consumers who submit RFPs through our family of sites (groupRooms.org, hotelHaggle.org, hotelSlots.org, bookMyTeam.org) are charged per-request fees. These fees are paid by consumers, not hotels. Hotels are not responsible for refunding consumer RFP fees. Consumer refund requests should be directed to the consumer site where the RFP was submitted.

Seller of Travel Compliance

hotelhuddle maintains compliance with all applicable Seller of Travel regulations. RFPs from or to restricted states (CA, FL, HI, IA, WA) are not processed. For more information, see our Seller of Travel Disclosure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify partners of material changes via email or platform notification.
