By accessing or using the Partners platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Services

Partners provides a hotel management platform that connects hotel properties to group booking channels including HotelHuddle, GroupRooms, HotelHaggle, HotelSlots, and BookMyTeam. Services include rate management, RFP responses, reservation tracking, and invoicing.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Commission and Payments

Commission rates and payment terms are specified in your hotel's subscription agreement. All commissions are calculated based on confirmed, completed bookings through our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
