Commission Structure
Partners charges a commission on completed bookings. The commission rate depends on your subscription plan. Lower commission means more revenue per booking.

How Commission Works
- Commission is charged on completed bookings only. If a guest cancels, no commission is owed.
- Commission invoices are generated automatically when a winner is selected on an RFP.
- Invoices become due 24 hours after guest checkout.
- Payment is via Stripe — invoices are charged automatically to your payment method on file.
- 90 days overdue: RFP responses are suspended until balance is paid.
- 180 days overdue: Hotel is deactivated from searches and RFPs (Partner Portal access is retained).
